Hello potters, please do not take it upon yourselves to add water to the glazes in the pint jars. It is very easy to add too much and then they are difficult to apply on the pots. Sometimes I put in gum arabic solution to help the glaze adhere better. If you feel a glaze or underglaze is too thick leave a note on it for me to deal with. It is also helpful if you clean the rim/lids when you are done with the jars so that there is a good seal on the lids and the liquids are less likely to dry out prematurely. There are now ice tea spoons with long handles in the glaze area for stirring the glazes rather than shaking the jars, this helps keep the glazes from adhering to the inside of the lids. Thank you.
