Hello Studio Members! I have finished my glaze over glaze display for now. The display shows how one glaze looks over another. These are not all the possible combinations, these are just the ones experience told me would work the best. The tests are on both tan speck and white clay, the test tiles were dipped into the base glaze and then the other glazes have 2 coats of glaze painted over the indented sections. Please pay close attention to the labels. This display was done as a way to offer more glaze options while fully utilizing the glazes we have in stock. We will not be replacing most commercial glazes as they run out. These glazes are no longer feasible for us to keep in stock. I will be continuing to offer new in house glazes as space allows. You may purchase your own glazes but check with me first to see if they are going to work with our clay and firing temperatures.
