You’ve asked and you shall receive! Welcome to our very first Morning wheel throwing course, and just in time for summer! You know what that means, this class is the perfect opportunity for teachers who have the summer off or retirees who maybe don’t like driving at night. This is the same AWESOME wheel throwing course we usually offer from 6-8pm now just from 10am-12pm!

This is a 6 week wheel throwing course. The goal of the class is to provide students with a general understanding of basic beginner level throwing techniques such as: centering, pulling walls, trimming, and glazing. Participants of the class will gain a broader understanding of wheel throwing and the stages of making a pot. We all have something to learn! If desired, bring your own aprons and hand towels. Fifteen pounds of clay and all tools are provided for each student. Students will also have access to regular open studio hours throughout the time of the course, outside of class times.
