Warning! Warning! Dangerous glaze!

Hello Studio Members!I just want to warn you about using Laguna Blue glaze. This glaze has become extremely runny when double dipped. We have had this happen before with a commercial dipping glaze. Please do not double dip Laguna Blue. If you dip it once, then sponge or brush clear glaze over it you get a nice glossy navy blue. Or you can use it as an overglaze, again sponged or brushed on, with the cream or white dipping glaze it produces a nice blue.
Also, please heed the recommendation of using Fire Brick as an overglaze, used alone the glaze separates from itself on the surface of the pot in the firing. If you have any questions about glazing please don't hesitate to ask but I would like you to read the signage that is posted about glazing as well.
